Cache Pension Services, Inc. (Cache) is a “fee-for-services” third party pension administration and consulting firm. Cache was established in 1982 and currently provides administrative, actuarial and consulting services for approximately 200 plan sponsors.
Develop an application that allows us to manage the services provided to our customers. Excel worksheets worked well in the past, but as we have grown, Plan Administration has become burdensome and multiple Excel sources has limited the growth of our business across multiple locations.
Cache Pension Services was relying on Excel worksheets to manage their changing business environment. Plan administration was accomplished through the sharing of Excel documents and created data inconsistency due to sharing and managing multiple files. Sockeye worked with Cache Pension Services to develop an application utilizing Microsoft CRM for managing Client relations, Plan Administration and Activity Logging. Reports and Mailing Templates were created to standardize delivery of critical Plan documentation.
